Are you looking to build strength? Lose weight ready for your next holiday? Or just want to feel good naked? We have the skills and knowledge to help you meet your goals. Book with us for a 1-2-1 session or bring your friends along and do it together in small group training. The sessions are always educational and tailored to your goals.

You could spend hours putting in the work at the gym or working out, but if you don't have the right nutrition in place, you won't see the results you're hoping for! Here at Mad Dogs Fitness, we can work with you and your goals to put together a non-restrictive diet plan. If cooking the meals each week seems daunting or you are under time constraints, make use of our meal prep service across Anglesey with meals starting from just £3!

Hi, I’m Richard the head coach at Mad Dogs Fitness. I’m a qualified level 2 and 3 personal trainer, experienced in:

  • Functional fitness

  • Advanced weight management 

  • Strength and conditioning 

  • Sport nutrition 

  • Advanced nutrition advice 

  • Improved aesthetics 

 

The biggest joy from my job is helping incorporate changes to people’s lifestyles, as well as encouraging and providing them with a happier and fulfilling life and future.

 

I will teach you and give you the tools required to not only reach any health and fitness goal but to ensure that you can sustain it and have the knowledge under your belt to do it again should you need to. Part of my job involves acting as your life coach to motivate you in the right direction keeping you on track throughout the journey. I will be as invested in your results as much as you, LET'S DO IT TOGETHER!!
